Pick
Pick is a scheduling product that eliminates the back and forth of finding a time to meet with contacts. You can use Pick to coordinate meetings via a browser or through their mobile app. Once you select the contacts you want to meet with, Pick compares calendars in real-time to find a meeting time that works for everyone involved. It compares calendars, suggests times and then books the event. Pick adds the events to the calendars of all the participants and notifies them by email.
Assistant.to
Assistant.to works through your email. After you tell the app about your meeting and select possible meeting times, the app will insert them into your email with links. All you need to do is send the email and the recipient selects one that works for them and the meeting is added to participant’s calendars.
Doodle
Doodle is a browser based application. After setting up a meeting in the application with the date range and participants, email a link to everyone included, and each person designates the times they’re available by checking boxes under the dates/times that work for them. The date/time that has green check marks indicating availability for each person becomes the scheduled meeting on everyone’s calendar.
