Our CSM team is the front line of responsibility charged with delivering expert technical support and just as importantly acting as a trusted technology advisor providing our clients with technology solutions to grow their business. Duties & Responsibilities
As Client Technology Services Manager, your primary responsibility is to guide our team in delivering high-quality technology support services to our managed IT business clients, meet our service metrics and maintain our process-driven standards of excellence. This position requires a high degree of technical acumen and a network administrator or engineering background is preferred. Our group is small and we are looking for a manager that likes to roll up their sleeves and provide hands-on assistance along with great leadership.
Desired Skills & Experience
?Experienced in technical help desk and project management, preferably in an IT Service environment.
?Experienced in remote desktop troubleshooting and comfortable with user helpdesk support including building client rapport
?Have a deep understanding of support, management and troubleshooting of Microsoft-based networks
?Experienced and very proficient in designing, deploying and managing all versions of Windows servers through 2008, Exchange through 2007/2010, DNS, DHCP, SQL installation
?Proficient in understanding of Cisco, SonicWall and other SMB routers/firewalls
?Proficient in understanding Virtualization solutions
?Help Desk or Technical Services Management Experience
?Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Detail oriented with ability to document in client ticketing system
Required
?Current MCSE or MCITP (2003 or 2008)
?BA or BS Degree
?Minimum 5 years’ experience of technical management experience preferably working with an IT services provider
?Minimum of 5 years as a network engineer or network administrator
