Jill is a native Floridian and began her professional career as a Technical Support Specialist and later a PC/LAN Analyst for Tech Data. Before working for The Launch Pad, Jill was the IT Manager for OttLite Technologies where she was responsible for all IT functions of the company including IT support services, network administration, information security, and technical documentation.
