The Launch Pad is pleased to welcome Audrey Clausen as our newest Client Solutions Liaison.  Audrey recently relocated to the Tampa area and has a strong background in customer service and  technical help desk support service.  Audrey has experience in training, support, and troubleshooting technical issues in both Windows and Macintosh based environments. Audrey is an outstanding addition to our growing team. Getting to know Audrey:

Quick Background:
A native of St. Louis, MO, Audrey has had several years experience as a Tier I and Tier II technical help desk support technician.  Following a move to the Tampa Bay Area, Audrey worked as a field services consultant for BayCare Health Systems assisting in the organization’s transition to a paperless environment.
