Nintype bills itself as a super-charged “dual swipe” keyboard for iPhone and iPad. Nintype is a keyboard app that combines swipes and double taps to make typing on your phone faster and easier. With most keyboards, you can either hunt-and-peck individual letters, or swipe between keys to form words, but with Nintype, you can do both at the same time, tracing half of a word with one thumb while tapping out letters on the otherThere’s also shortcuts for punctuation, emojis, saved texts, and hashtags. Nintype users claim they can top 130 words per minute using the keyboard.
Shyp
On-demand shipping startup Shyp has just become even more user friendly having launched an Android app in the Google Play Store. To ship an item via the app, simply take a photo of it, enter the destination address, choose a shipping speed/cost, and request a pickup. Shyp then picks up your unboxed item, builds a custom box, packages, insures, and ships the item for $5.00, plus cost of shipping. Currently only available in San Francisco, New York City, Brooklyn, Miami, and LA, Shyp has plans to expand to other major cities in the near future. Open seven days a week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Shyp offers on-demand pickup within 20 minutes.
FileThis
FileThis is a must-have for anyone on the go who needs help organizing documents. The app helps you stay on top of your personal and business accounts and manages nearly any type of paperwork you can imagine. To get started, sign up for a free account and then create connections to various institutions, such as banks, utilities, retail, etc. Once you’re connected, you can read statements, view bills, and more. If you’re looking to go completely paperless, FileThis might be the perfect app for you.
