Quick Background: I’m Bruce Sobocinski or just “Sobo” for short. Recently I graduated from Penn State, moved to Florida with my fiancÔ and adopted a dog! My life has been a little crazy since December. I grew up in Pennsylvania with my parents and 2 sisters in a small town right outside of the Wilkes Barre/Scranton area. I am a very family oriented person, I love going to the beach and being outside.

Superpower I wish I had: To be able to pause time because days just fly by too fast

Favorite meal: I have 2 favorite meals. One would be slow smoked ribs on my smoker or a steam pot with my favorite seafood.

Favorite movie: My favorite movie is Step Brothers. I love Will Farrell and this movie makes me laugh every time.

Personal motto: “I’d rather die while I’m living than live while I’m dead” meaning I would rather make the most of life and enjoy it than keep waiting to enjoy things. Life is too short to wait.

What lead you to The Launch Pad: My pursuit to leave Pennsylvania and start my life and career in Florida led me to the Launch Pad right after my graduation from Penn State. I was intrigued by the service the Launch Pad had to offer which made me want to work here. The type of work I am doing now is what I was looking for in a job which is always learning new technologies and helping people make the most out of there technology.
