As part of The Launch Pad’s recent expansion, we brought in a new Financial Services Manager to help keep our books and finances in order. Without further ado, Welcome Jessica (er, sorry, I mean Jesse :)! In addition to bringing great organizational skills and a strong background in AR/AP, Jesse is an ideal culture fit here at The LaunchPad.

Superpower I wish I had: I wish I had the superpower of energy. This way I would never get tired and I would have so much more time in the day to accomplish everything that needs to be done.

Favorite meal: Elephant Ears (an over easy egg in the middle of a piece of bread)

Favorite movie: Any type of musical movie like Chicago

Personal motto: Everything always works out in the end and/or Everything always happens for a reason.

What Lead You To The Launch Pad: After coming across the position posted for Financial Services Manager at The Launch Pad, I looked the company up online and did a little research. I was amazed….. The company background was very interesting to me, I could see that they were growing in leaps and bounds and the position was everything I am educated in but still seemed to be a challenge which I really love. At the time I felt I was at a dead end in my prior position and was excited about the possibility to work with a company that was growing and also with a company who seemed to really be appreciative of their employees. I am so grateful they decided for me to be a part of their great team.
